Brain Fit




Over the winter I enjoy putting on weight but with spring well and truly here I now find myself looking to shed some pounds and have started running and working out. The weight doesn't just drop off, I follow a schedule and it takes time. I track my progress trying to better my times and performance which in turn gets me fitter. What does this have to do with Dyslexia you may ask! Well you can wish you where thinner but if you don't exercise it will never happen. In the same way if you are dyslexic if you don't practice you will not improve and with out a schedule you will never know if you are getting better. And like your fitness if you take time off for Christmas you start to get fat again.

I have been looking into the subject of dyslexia for sometime, but have not seen any marked improvement. Why? I need a schedule and I need to get Brain Fit!

Try it yourself, mark a day and time in the calender and then repeat, take note of your progress it will come in time.
